Leftover maggi sandwich

Maggi !! Maggi !!! Maggi !!!! πŸ˜€

Fast to cook, good to eat πŸ˜‰ runs the tagline of this Nestle product πŸ™‚ Despite the pros and cons of this ‘not so 2 minute’ noodle, it has reigned over the heart and stomach of generation of Indians πŸ˜€

Maggi rarely falls into ‘leftover’ category πŸ˜‰ but, what if………….

What do you do with the leftover cooked maggi ??Once it goes cold, it gives an unappetizing look :/ Still the mom in me do not like to throw away food.

Necessity is the mother of invention πŸ˜‰ hence, i developed a few tricks like millions of other moms πŸ˜›

I have confessed before…….I follow my sense of foodie aroma and tastes and they have always resulted into excellent concoctions πŸ˜‰

Simple leftover cooked maggi of last night, turned into a lip -smacking zingy sandwich…….and surprise πŸ˜‰ my kid did not even realize while gobbling them down, that this was the same maggi she had rejected earlier πŸ˜‰ Sneaky mom πŸ˜›
