My sunday breakfast

Sunday is the most important day for a working woman, like me 😀

…….Sheeesh !! ….it the day passes too soon 😉

With loads of pending laundry, clothes mending, shoe polishings, vaccuming and innumerable other odd jobs around the house, i some time wonder when did i cook and sit down to eat ??

So i keep the breakfast simple and easy !! (cheating?? ) 😛

I went through so many lovely posts of  Fiesta Friday #25. All you lovely friends have put so much effort and love to make those deliciously lip -smacking food ❤ , I thought , I could at least bring in the breakfast 😉 😀

Now come and enjoy some hot crispy buttered bread with a soft poached egg :D……..while i brew the coffee 😉

Now, this is the easy part 😉 toasting and buttering the bread (store brought) doesn’t require a recipe 😀
For poaching the egg….. One can either poach it in boiling water or a 1/2  tsp oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle some salt and crushed black pepper. Voila !! it’s ready to eat 😀
