Chicken mince fritters

A cup of chicken mince was languishing in one corner of the freezer 😉 And i was not in a mood to cook :/ I was thinking of making kebabs ………..

Pakhi came back home from the playground sweaty and hungry. She didn’t want any kebab and I clearly heard the word ‘bhajiyas’ before she vanished into the washroom.

Bhajiyas = fritters, so bhajiyas it was going to be !!

A simple and easy snack for the evening with a cup of tea or coffee 😀

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fritters.

Squeeze the lime on the onion rings 10 mins before serving.

Serve hot fritters with the onion rings and any dip/ chutney of your choice.
