Musings – Complex or Complicated ??

I looked at this electricity pole today and all those wires and cables. Naah…it was not to showcase the shoddy work done by the Electricity Company 😉 My first thought while i looked at those overlapping,twined and inter -twined cables, ‘it’s complex’. Then came in a flash, is it complicated ??

My thoughts diverted to another tangent – relationships. Aren’t our human relations exactly like this ?? Facebook relationship status has an option ‘It’s complicated’, now what could that mean ? Not being pedantic, but my mind is terribly cluttered 😉 From the deep recesses of thus cluttered mind evolves that our relationships are not clear -defined. It could range interchangeably from being complex to complicated.

Does it overlap each other, just like those cables and wires ?? Is there a particularly tried and tested recipe for successful relationships?? At times, i find it tiresome to get through my teenager daughter. Now that to me is complication. 😛

My man works 1400 kms away. He is more like a guest when he visits 😉 but he wants us to follow his every wish as a command, whispered telephonically or skyped !! 😀 Now how complex can it get ? 😉 or i should say getting to be complicated 😉

I feel like i am talking to myself 😉 question, questions !! I read lots of online counselling material, try to identify myself with some of what i read, but at the end of the day mind is already in a complex mode, i just follow what i think is the best !!

We all live in our relationships like those twined, inter- twined, overlapping cables. So what keeps it holding and binding , ironically, the same complexities and complications.

This is no medically analyzing journal on human behaviour ;), just some more random thoughts of a very cluttered mind 😛
