This is a simple recipe, hardly any work required 😉 I am becoming a lazy lump 😛
Presenting here is Glazed baby carrots with ginger and green chillies from the Refreshing Platter. Easy to cook and flavorful in taste.
Here’s what i did………..
6 nos – baby carrots
1 tbsp – ginger juliennes
1 tbsp – green chilli juliennes
1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
1/2 tsp – lime juice
1 tsp – butter
salt to taste
Peel and rinse the carrots. In a pan, boil the carrots for 4-5 mins. Drain.
Heat the butter in a pan. Saute the ginger and chilli juliennes for a min. Add the carrots and season with salt and pepper. Saute for another 2 mins. Add the lime juice. Mix well and take it off fire.
Serve with the Rice Salad or goes well with warm bread.
