Crispy potatoes

Potatoes, the universal favorite ๐Ÿ˜€

This is a cheat recipe ๐Ÿ˜‰ and goes well with chapatis, pooris and paranthas.

Potatoes start tasting sweeter during the summers due to its’ long stay in the cold storage ๐Ÿ˜› So I wanted to make best of the winter potatoes as much as I can.

As this is a cheat recipe, I used previously boiled potatoes. Hence, it can be made in a jiffy.

Part of Winter Platter 5, potatoes are my eternal favorite ๐Ÿ˜‰
