Be good. If you cannot be good, be careful.
Phucchka, Pani puri, Golgappe, Pani ke patashe, Pakodi, Gup chup, Phulki and many more are different names to one of India’s famous evergreen street food. It has evolved over the years from it’s stuffing to flavors, but nothing can beat the authentic Phucchka !
A phucchka is stuffed with flavored mashed potato and filled with sour and spicy tamarind water……slurrrp !! 😉
Now the trick of successfully eating phucchka is to carefully place the tamarind water filled whole phucchka in the mouth and let the flavors burst inside…….ummm !!! ❤
This Durga Puja, we came across this pretty girl trying to eat the phucchka carefully so that she didn’t smear her lip gloss 😀 What a sight to behold in an over- crowded market place !

Excellent mouth watering entry dear. You are tempting me. I love phuchka but can’t eat now. In Andhra they put lots of chilly.
Here in delhi, the water is flavored with mint and raw mango. It’s not like i dont like, but i prefer ‘tetul jol’.
Yes tetul jol tastes better.
How cool – she looks like she’s very happy with it.
She was and more than happy to pose too 😀
Brought a smile to my face
